Trade account approval is at the sole discretion of Libra Commercial Cleaning Supply.

- Suspend or close trade accounts
Additional credit terms may apply to approved account holders.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a credit account has been approved.
For approved credit account customers, payment terms will be outlined separately within the customer's account agreement.
Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in:
- Suspension of supply
- Suspension of account access
- Recovery action for outstanding amounts
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
While we aim to deliver products promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Transport providers
- Supplier delays
- Stock shortages
- Events outside our reasonable control
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
